BUILDING UPDATES
Building remodeling is complete! Landscaping is being completed on the last few buildings right now will be completed this year by our fabulous Sports Village staff.
NEWS & INFORMATION
DUES INCREASE – Monthly dues will be increased to $300, effective May 1st.
CLUBHOUSE FLOOD – The clubhouse basement and activities were heavily damaged by a broken water pipe and resulting flood on January 20th. The exercise room and outdoor activities are all still open for use, but basement activities (mini-golf, racquetball, games, and showers) are unavailable at this time. ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING – The annual homeowners meeting was held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 9:00 am.
